MIGHT BE HACKED (lots of non-real users). Login appears to be OLD D7 version (7.44), using c21u_d7 database (despite /httpdocs/sites/default/settings.php referring to different db).

Development sites:

NEW: s1.c21u.gatech.edu and using outside contractor (Adam Rosenkoetter of www.soldesignco.com) to do a Drupal 8 site.

OLD: dev.c21u.gatech.edu (on plesk10) - ticket has been placed with OIT to remove this site.
