Annual report website for Comms team (though College Annual report is every OTHER year). Currently redirects to gtcomputing2017.cc.gatech.edu. Mike wants to keep current one as a subdirectory (entire D7 instance) for each year.

• 2020-01-21: Dir of Communications gave permission to decommission old site, no public copy is needed. Backup copies of files and db added to Dropbox and ticket in to OIT to decommission site.
